1.  Question: I used to click on the Postini logo to go to the Message Control Panel for email filtering?  What happened?

Answer:  In an effort to continue to improve our service, Oasis has changed its method of spam and virus filtering.  Obvious spam and viruses will automatically be blocked without the spam firewall even notifying you. Questionable email will be tagged with [Possible Spam] in the subject line. Please review these messages to make sure that a valid email has not been mistagged.  This new service offers several advantages over the Postini service we previously used:

. Easier to use - No logging in required to review messages

. FREE Virus Filtering - Email viruses will be filtered as part of our standard service

. Higher Accuracy Rate -  Much lower instance of false-positives (mail that isn't spam being identified as spam)

2.  Question:  I was expecting a 56k (V.90/X2/K56) connection.  I am not getting that speed.  What happened?

3.  Question:  Why can't I connect to the Internet?  My computer screen shows error messages "Unable to establish connection" or "The computer you are dialing into is not answering."  

Answer:  You have noise on your telephone line caused by moisture seeping into the copper wire.
